Join our Sales team as a Resource Manager to drive business growth by matching skilled BIM professionals with client projects across Singapore. You will manage resource allocation, develop client relationships, and ensure optimal deployment of our technical talent to meet project demands. This role combines sales acumen with technical understanding of the construction technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage resource planning and allocation for BIM consultancy projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with main contractors, consultants, and developers
• Identify new business opportunities and prepare project proposals
• Match technical talent (BIM coordinators, managers, planners) with client requirements
• Conduct client meetings to understand project scope and staffing needs
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and subcontractors
• Track resource utilization rates and project profitability
• Build and maintain a network of skilled BIM professionals and subcontractors

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management, recruitment, or sales in construction/consultancy
• Strong understanding of BIM roles and construction project workflows
• Proven track record in client relationship management and business development
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience with construction or engineering consultancy services
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong networking skills and industry connections in Singapore construction sector
