Starting out as a BIM shared services provider, BIM Engineering & Construction (previously AceCAD Engineering) has accumulated decades of experience building BIM models for clients.

With the growing maturity of BIM adoption in Singapore, there has been an increase in complexity in the demands of BIM. Recognizing the lack of professionals in the sector that can build and maintain increasingly sophisticated BIM models, we recognize the need to change our approach to delivering BIM.

Instead of building BIM models that gather dust, we want to deliver a highly-available Digital Twin to our clients, granting them insights to their assets throughout the Design, Construction, and Maintenance phase of their projects.
