BIM coordination for consultants and contractors in Singapore. Get your Architectural, Structural and M&E models federated into a construction-ready BIM.
We handle clash detection, multi-discipline coordination, and CORENET X submissions so your programme stays on track from tender to handover.
Our Certifications

Clear scope from day one, delivered on your schedule
We review your project documents, drawings, and consultant models to define scope, disciplines, and delivery milestones aligned to your programme.
We coordinate Architectural, Structural and M&E models into a single federated BIM, working directly with your subcontractors to close model gaps where needed.
We run full clash detection across all disciplines and deliver a documented clash report before site mobilisation. Issues resolved, not just flagged.
Deliverables built for main contractors coordinating multiple trades on a live programme.
Architectural, structural, and M&E models from your subcontractors federated into a single coordinated BIM. All disciplines clash-detected and resolved before they reach the site. Delivered in your project's native format plus IFC export, at the LOD your project stage requires. IFC+SG compliant where CORENET X submission is needed.
Documented report identifying all hard, soft, and workflow clashes across disciplines. Each issue classified by severity, location, and responsible party. Delivered in PDF and exportable to Navisworks, BIM Collab, or Solibri. Issues resolved, not just flagged.
Your contract broken down into specific BIM outputs with milestone dates tied to your construction programme. Fixed-scope pricing attached. Issued before any modelling begins, so there is no ambiguity about what gets delivered, when, and at what cost. Updated as the project progresses if scope changes.
Share your project documents and we will come back to you with a deliverable schedule, timeline, and fixed-scope proposal.
Coordination that keeps your programme on track and your models construction-ready.
Same-day turnaround on urgent model changes and clash resolution updates. Your programme doesn't slip waiting on BIM.
LOD-compliant, clash-free models built to be constructed, not just submitted. Every element classified and coordinated across all disciplines.
Clashes identified and resolved before you break ground. Your M&E subcontractors are coordinated into the federated model. Fewer surprises, less abortive work on site.
Each project is assigned a coordinator with direct experience in your sector, whether that's rail, plant, data centres, or commercial. They know the standards your project requires.
Weekly reviews with the project team to validate model quality, catch clashes, and ensure buildability.
Internal clash checks and validation on every deliverable before handover to ensure data standards are met.
Expert coordination for complex projects: data centers, rail systems, airports, and industrial facilities.
Hotel fit-outs, retail podiums, live MRT station sites. We coordinate architecture, structure, and M&E into a single federated model, handling LOD 400 shop drawings and as-built submissions under LTA operational constraints.
No room for rework. We've coordinated BIM for Singapore General Hospital and a high-security Home Team facility, producing federated models that meet BCA and agency submission requirements.
Tight sequences, multiple contractors, shared space. We've worked across MRT stations and depot facilities, aligning track, civil, and MEP models to transit authority standards and resolving clashes before they reach site.
Dense piping, equipment, and trade interdependencies. We model utility systems, coordinate P&ID against the 3D environment, and ensure what gets built matches what was designed. Critical for water reclamation and power generation projects.
Long corridors with drainage, utilities, and structures crossing paths. We federate civil and structural models and produce documentation that holds up through LTA and URA submission cycles.
Terminal architecture, baggage handling, airside MEP. All under strict authority oversight. We've worked on expansion projects where an accurate federated model upfront meant fewer surprises during limited airside access windows.
Real projects where we federated the models, resolved the clashes, and delivered on programme.
Challenge
Multi-contractor clash coordination across a major rail infrastructure project, with strict LTA regulatory submission deadlines.

Challenge
Equipment integration across multiple phases of Singapore's largest water reclamation facility, with strict PUB compliance requirements.

Challenge
Steel facade coordination requiring accurate primary framing and connection interfaces, with clashes across structure and MEP disciplines.
Delivered
Revit, ArchiCAD, Tekla, Navisworks, BIM Collaborate Pro. Your coordinators are trained in the platform your project already uses.
We start by reviewing your tender documents, contract scope, and design drawings. Then we create a deliverable schedule that breaks down your contract into specific BIM outputs (clash reports, coordinated models, shop drawings, etc.) with milestone dates. We model items within your contractual scope, whether you're a consultant, GC, or subcontractor. For elements outside your scope, we can run clash checks to resolve interface issues. You receive this scoping document before any modelling work begins, so there is no ambiguity about what gets delivered and when.
Every engagement is priced on a fixed-scope basis. We review your project documents, define the deliverables (clash reports, coordinated models, shop drawings), and provide a fixed fee tied to that scope. You receive a deliverable schedule with milestone dates before any work begins, so there are no surprises on cost. The fee depends on project size, number of disciplines, and complexity.
Yes. This is one of our most common engagements. We work directly with your mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors to develop or enhance their models, then federate them with the architectural and structural models for clash detection and CORENET X submission.
Yes. We prepare and coordinate the federated BIM model required for both Design Gateway and Construction Gateway submissions, including IFC+SG validation and clash resolution. The Qualified Person retains submission authority. We handle the model preparation and resolve any Written Directions.
We deliver a documented clash report identifying all hard, soft and workflow clashes across disciplines, with each issue classified by severity, location, and responsible party. Reports are delivered in PDF and can be exported to your preferred coordination platform.
It depends on the project. A single-discipline model update may take days. A full multi-discipline federated model with clash resolution can run across several weeks or months, depending on project complexity and the number of subcontractors involved. After reviewing your project documents, we can share a realistic timeline tied to your programme milestones.
Let's coordinate your BIM before you break ground.
