- I need support for the entire duration of my project. Can you do this?
- A dedicated BIM Manager will be assigned to your project to handle coordination requirements. Bimeco will develop BIM models in an ISO 19650-compliant BIM environment.
- Can Bimeco help my firm with submissions to CORENET and CORENET X?
- Our BIM Coordinators are familiar with local codes, including CORENET requirements. However, final checks and submissions must be performed by the appointed Qualified Person (QP).
- Are 2D drawings required for CORENET submissions?
- Typical details and engineering calculations are difficult to capture in a 3D model. Such information is typically captured in 2D CAD drawings or design calculation reports.
- Do you provide Revit files or IFC?
- Yes, we deliver BIM models in both native formats (e.g., Revit, Archicad, Tekla) and open formats such as IFC, based on your project needs.
- What happens if my design changes midway through a project?
- Our coordinators work with you to update your model throughout our Service Period.
- Are you able to conduct the BIM coordination sessions in person?
- On-site meetings must be agreed in advance with a minimum of three working days' notice.
