Let's Talk

Here's what our clients have to say.

With the help of Bimeco, we've managed to work with them to cover up gaps in our documentation by scanning some as-built structures to BIM. It has really saved us when manpower is tight during a labor crunch

Catherine Li,
Catherine Li,

BIM Manager

The types of HVAC systems that are manufactured by our firm were really complex and needed to be modelled into our GC's federated BIM environment. With Bimeco I was able to get the support needed.

Our Portfolio

We provide integrated BIM modelling services, supporting a variety of BIM software such as Revit, OpenBuildings, Archicad, Tekla, and more.

Residential Development – Bukit Timah

Residential Development – Bukit Timah

Architectural and Structural BIM models were developed together, ensuring coordinated design, buildability, and reduced delays during construction of this large residential compound.

Industrial Facility – Waste Treatment Plant

Industrial Facility – Waste Treatment Plant

Complex M&E systems required frequent clash checks. BIM coordination minimized rework, streamlined installation, and supported timely completion of the waste treatment facility.

Infrastructure – DE 107 Rail Project

Infrastructure – DE 107 Rail Project

A BIM model was linked with the construction schedule, creating a 4D simulation that optimized site planning, minimized conflicts, and improved delivery efficiency.

Industrial Facility – Tuas Water Reclamation Plant

Industrial Facility – Tuas Water Reclamation Plant

Clash resolution was completed before producing drawings, ensuring coordinated outputs, minimizing errors, and supporting efficient progress from design to construction documentation.

Conservation Project – Heritage Building

Conservation Project – Heritage Building (Scan to BIM)

Point cloud data was converted into a BIM model, delivered in native and IFC formats, ensuring compatibility, supporting preservation, and reducing renovation risks.
