Frequently asked questions
What CAD and BIM formats do you work with?
We have experience with various BIM formats, including Revit, OpenBuildings, Tekla, ArchiCAD, and IFC. For Revit projects, we recommend delivering files in AutoCAD (.dwg) and Revit (.rvt) formats.
Do I need to purchase ACC or BIM 360 licenses?
BIM Collaborate Pro (formerly known as BIM 360) provides subcontractors with cloud-based access to the central BIM model. Our Revit specialists are equipped with the latest BIM authoring tools and BIM Collaborate Pro licenses, so you do not need to purchase them.
Is onsite support available?
Yes. We understand that some tasks are best handled in person. We provide onsite support for BIM coordination meetings on a weekly basis.
How do I get started?
To begin, please provide the base BIM models (if available) from the project consultant or engineer. Additionally, share all relevant 2D and 3D files related to your scope of work.
Do we need to sign an NDA?
All our Revit specialists are bound by an NDA. We are happy to sign an additional NDA if required.
