Here's what our clients have to say.
With the help of Bimeco, we've managed to work with them to cover up gaps in our documentation by scanning some as-built structures to BIM. It has really saved us when manpower is tight during a labor crunch
Catherine Li,
BIM Manager
The types of HVAC systems that are manufactured by our firm were really complex and needed to be modelled into our GC's federated BIM environment. With Bimeco I was able to get the support needed.

How it Works
Our approach to ensuring quality BIM submissions for CORENET X.

CORENET X Compliance
Prepare BIM models that are fully coordinated and clash-free for CORENET X submissions. Each model element is enriched with the required IFC+SG parameters to ensure smooth and compliant approvals.

BIM Federation
Centralize project files within an ISO 19650–compliant common data environment. Combine architecture, structural, plumbing, and electrical models from multiple parties in a single environment for CORENET submission.

Shop Drawings Development
Go beyond BIM submissions by delivering accurate 2D shop drawings directly extracted and cross-checked against the 3D model. Achieve tighter coordination between design intent and construction execution.
Frequently asked questions
- What is a CORENET X BIM submission?
- A CORENET X BIM submission is the process of delivering coordinated BIM models and supporting drawings to Singapore’s regulatory agencies through the CORENET X platform. The models must meet IFC+SG standards and are automatically checked for compliance to streamline approvals.
- Why is IFC+SG compliance required?
- IFC+SG ensures that BIM data follows a consistent, open standard mandated by Singapore authorities. By using IFC+SG, submissions can be validated automatically, reducing manual checks and accelerating the approval timeline.
- What types of BIM deliverables are required?
- Typically, submissions include federated BIM models from disciplines such as architecture, structural, and MEP. These models must be coordinated and clash-free. Specific agencies may also require accompanying 2D deliverables.
- What happens if a submission is not compliant?
- Non-compliant submissions may result in Written Directions for correction, leading to project delays. Ensuring IFC+SG compliance smooths the approval process.
- Do I need to submit via CORENET X?
- Yes. From October 2025, all new projects above 30,000 sqm must submit BIM deliverables through the CORENET X platform. For details on the transition from CORENET 2.0 to CORENET X, see CORENET X vs CORENET 2.0.
- Can your BIM Coordinators perform a submission for me?
- Only Qualified Persons are allowed to access the CORENET X portal for submission. While our BIM Coordinators can assist with model development, ultimate responsibility lies with the Qualified Person.
