Cut emergency response times in critical failure scenarios such as chilled-water pipe isolation by linking every asset tag directly to its schematics, isolation diagrams, and live Maximo work-order history through bidirectional integration
Shifted capital planning from time-based to condition-based replacement by joining Maximo performance data with spatial context in Autodesk Tandem, optimising CAPEX timing, extending asset life, and reducing premature equipment swaps
Future-proofed the organisation by establishing data standards for 6D BIM, enabling seamless integration with the Maximo platform via Tandem Connect for handovers from two major upcoming developments (264,000 sqm combined, 2029 to 2030), and embedding governance through RACI-based Management of Change, immutable audit trails, and e-signature approvals

Built an IFC-based visualisation engine enabling regulators, consultants, and contractors to inspect federated BIM models directly in the browser without proprietary authoring tools, accelerating plan-submission review cycles
Designed a modern file-collaboration architecture for multi-stakeholder coordination, replacing fragmented email and shared-drive workflows with a single governed environment for model exchange, markup, and sign-off
Automated regulatory compliance checking through rule-based protocols that validate model parameters against authority requirements, reducing manual code-checking effort and surfacing non-compliance issues early in the design cycle
Drove user adoption by implementing push/pull protocols via a native Revit plugin, allowing designers to submit and retrieve models from within their existing authoring environment with zero workflow disruption

Partnered with the main contractor to deploy a modern Common Data Environment on Bentley ProjectWise, replacing legacy document workflows and establishing a single governed platform for design, coordination, and construction information across the T5 contract
Ensured seamless interoperability across mixed BIM formats including Revit, IFC, and AutoCAD, enabling multi-disciplinary teams to collaborate without forcing vendor standardisation or costly format conversions
