Join our team as a BIM Coordinator specializing in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems for major infrastructure and building projects across Singapore. You will be responsible for coordinating MEP BIM models, conducting clash detection for M&E services, and preparing shop drawings for project submissions. This role offers excellent opportunities to work on diverse projects including rail, road, and building developments with focus on ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Responsibilities
Coordinate MEP BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) for infrastructure and building projects
Conduct clash detection using Navisworks with focus on M&E services coordination
Prepare MEP shop drawings, tender drawings, and submission packages for authority approval
Route cable trays, conduits, ductwork, and piping systems in compliance with design specifications
Attend coordination meetings with M&E consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure MEP models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and M&E standards
Support BIM Managers with MEP model quality checks and progress reporting

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of MEP BIM coordination experience in Singapore construction industry
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing disciplines)
Experience with Navisworks for MEP clash detection and coordination
Strong understanding of M&E services routing and installation practices
Knowledge of ACMV, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
