As a BIM Coordinator, you will own multi-discipline model coordination from setup through submission, running clash detection, producing shop drawings, and managing deliverables on Autodesk Construction Cloud and ProjectWise. This is a hands-on technical role working alongside a team of 200+ BIM specialists on projects that shape Singapore's built environment.
Responsibilities
Own multi-discipline BIM coordination (Architecture, Structure, MEP) from model setup through construction documentation across commercial, infrastructure, industrial, and healthcare projects
Run clash detection in tools like ACC or Navisworks, produce detailed clash reports, and drive resolution with consultants and subcontractors
Produce shop drawings, tender drawings, as-built drawings, and submission packages for authority approval
Maintain model compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards, and CORENET X requirements where applicable
Explore and implement automation workflows using Dynamo, scripting, or AI tools to improve modelling efficiency and project delivery
Mentor junior coordinators and apprentices, reviewing their work and guiding them toward BIMECO's quality standards
Collaborate with BIM Managers on model quality assurance, progress reporting, and client deliverable reviews

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience in Singapore's construction industry
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Built Environment
Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP)
Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and multi-discipline coordination
Strong understanding of AutoCAD for 2D drafting and amendments
Familiarity with CORENET X submissions and IFC-SG compliance is an advantage
