As an M&E BIM Coordinator, you will take ownership of MEP model coordination, routing ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, resolving services clashes, and delivering construction-ready shop drawings. You will work with tools like Revit MEP, Navisworks, and ACC on projects where precise services coordination directly prevents costly site rework.
Responsibilities
Coordinate MEP BIM models (ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) for infrastructure and building projects, ensuring constructable services routing for cable trays, conduits, ductwork, and piping systems
Run M&E-focused clash detection in tools like ACC or Navisworks, produce services coordination reports, and drive resolution with consultants and subcontractors
Produce MEP shop drawings, spool drawings, as-built drawings, and submission packages for authority approval
Maintain MEP model compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), M&E design specifications, and CORENET X requirements where applicable
Develop BIM models and construction documentation across all project stages from tender through as-built for commercial, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure projects
Explore and implement automation workflows using Dynamo, scripting, or AI tools to improve MEP modelling efficiency
Mentor junior coordinators and apprentices on MEP coordination standards and workflows
Collaborate with BIM Managers on MEP model quality assurance, progress reporting, and client coordination

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of MEP BIM coordination experience in Singapore's construction industry
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing disciplines)
Experience with Navisworks for MEP clash detection and services coordination
Strong understanding of M&E services routing, installation clearances, and coordination with other trades
Knowledge of ACMV, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Familiarity with CORENET X submissions and IFC-SG compliance is an advantage
