As an Architectural BIM Coordinator, you will lead architectural model development, coordinating facades, interiors, and building envelopes with structural and MEP disciplines, and producing submission-ready documentation for authority approvals including CORENET X. You will work with Revit Architecture on projects where design quality and coordination precision directly shape the built outcome.
Responsibilities
Coordinate architectural BIM models including facades, interiors, curtain walls, and building envelopes, ensuring design intent is preserved through construction documentation
Run clash detection in tools like ACC or Navisworks to coordinate architectural elements with structural and MEP systems, and drive resolution across disciplines
Produce architectural shop drawings, tender drawings, as-built drawings, and submission packages for authority approval including CORENET X submissions
Maintain architectural model compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), building codes, and design standards
Develop architectural BIM models and documentation across project stages for commercial, residential, educational, and mixed-use developments
Explore and implement automation workflows using Dynamo, scripting, or AI tools to improve architectural modelling efficiency
Mentor junior coordinators and apprentices on architectural coordination standards and modelling quality
Collaborate with BIM Managers and architects on design coordination, model quality assurance, and client presentations

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of architectural BIM coordination experience in Singapore's construction industry
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Built Environment
Proficient in Autodesk Revit Architecture with strong 3D modelling skills
Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and multi-discipline coordination
Strong understanding of architectural documentation, detailing, and Singapore building codes
Knowledge of facade systems, curtain walls, and architectural finishes
Familiarity with CORENET X submissions and IFC-SG compliance is an advantage
