As a BIM Manager, you will lead project delivery end-to-end, from BEP development and CDE governance through to handover, managing a team of coordinators and modelers while serving as the primary BIM contact for clients and consultants. This is a senior leadership role where you will shape how projects are coordinated, documented, and delivered across a team of 200+ BIM specialists.
Responsibilities
Lead BIM implementation across major infrastructure and building projects, owning project delivery from BEP development through handover
Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans aligned with client EIR, ISO 19650, and Singapore BIM Guide V2.0
Manage and mentor BIM coordinators and modelers, building team capability and ensuring consistent quality across projects
Set up and govern Common Data Environments (ACC, ProjectWise) with ISO 19650-compliant status workflows (WIP, Shared, Published, Archived)
Chair coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, serving as the primary BIM contact for clients
Drive CORENET X submission compliance and IDD alignment across project teams
Conduct 4D scheduling and 5D quantity take-off using tools like Synchro 4D and Navisworks
Establish automation workflows using Dynamo and scripting to improve team productivity and model quality

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of BIM management experience in construction or consultancy
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Built Environment
