BIM Manager

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation and coordination for major projects in Singapore. You will manage BIM teams, oversee model quality, develop BIM Execution Plans, and serve as the primary BIM contact for clients and stakeholders. This is a senior role with significant project responsibility and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation and coordination for major infrastructure and building projects
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in compliance with client requirements
• Manage BIM coordinators and modelers, providing technical guidance and quality oversight
• Conduct 4D scheduling and 5D quantity take-off using Navisworks and other BIM tools
• Chair coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Troubleshoot BIM model coordination issues and manage data exchange workflows
• Set up and manage Common Data Environment (CDE) including BIM 360 and ProjectWise
• Create status reports, submission lists, and project documentation
• Provide BIM training and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of BIM management experience in construction or consultancy
• Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary BIM projects (rail, road, buildings)
• Expert knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM collaboration platforms
• Experience with 4D scheduling (Synchro 4D, Navisworks Timeliner)
• Strong understanding of IFC, BIM standards, and digital delivery workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Professional certifications (buildingSMART, Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
